Polices & Procedures
Booking Process:
A signed contract and deposit are required to book events and private dining. The deposit is 20% of your contract food and beverage minimum; deposits are applied to the final invoice.
Final Guest Count:
The final guest count is due seven (7) days prior to the event date.
Food + Beverage:
Events at 495 is the exclusive catering and bar service for the venue. Outside cakes may be brought in and a $2 per person cake plating fee will apply. The fee covers plates, utensils and staff to cut and plates.
Menu + Bar Selections:
Event details, including your menu and bar selections are due no later than three weeks prior to your event date.
Set-up, Breakdown + Decorations:
• Set up time for events must be coordinated in advance. Access to the building for set up is after 2:00 pm Monday thru Thursday and after 12:00 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Staples, nails and tacks may not be used anywhere on the property.
• Absolutely no glitter or confetti is permitted inside or on the rooftop.
• Candles may be used indoors only and must be inside a votive. No taper candles or candelabras are allowed. Candles are not permitted on the rooftop at Satellite Bar.
